Easy Crispy Chicken Wing Recipe


8 whole chicken wings, cut up

1 T baking powder (NOT baking soda)

1/2 t salt

dry rub or sauce

Cut all the chicken wings.

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250.

  2. Place the cut wings in a large bowl. Toss with baking powder and salt.

  3. Place wings on a rack in a single layer and cook for 30 minutes

  4. Increase heat to 425. Heat until they are brown and crispy, about 40 minutes.

  5. Let wings rest for about 5 minutes. Toss with your desired sauce or rub.
